30-Day Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of shipment. Before sending an item back, email info@mygardenflag.com for review and return authorization. Returns sent without authorization may be refused or may not qualify for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please email clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will provide a replacement or refund. In many cases, a damaged item does not need to be returned unless we specifically request it.
Non-Defective Returns
- Items must be unused, unwashed, resellable, and returned in the original packaging with all labels and components.
- Refunds cover the eligible product price only.
- Original outbound shipping and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply when an item or its packaging is not returned in original resellable condition.
Custom or Personalized Products
Custom and personalized products are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
