Return Window
Items may be returned within 30 days of shipment. For any return, please contact us first at info@mygardenflag.com so we can properly review and authorize the request before any item is sent back.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.
• Please send clear photos of the defect for review.
• In most cases, defective items do not need to be returned unless we specifically request approval.
Return Authorization
All returns must be approved by Ashley Gifts before shipment.
Items returned without prior authorization may be refused or may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Defective Returns
For returns that are not related to defects:
• Refunds will be issued for the product price only.
• All shipping costs are non-refundable, including the original outbound shipping cost and any return shipping expenses.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
• A 15% restocking fee may apply depending on the condition and quality of the returned product.
Custom or Personalized Products
Customized or embroidered products are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Return Condition Requirements
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned:
• In original packaging
• With all original labels and components
• In unused, unwashed, and resellable condition
